Phil and Scottie Rice are serving within two branches of Youth for Christ International. Phil is currently dividing his time working on the YFC Academics team, which focuses on the formal & informal teaching of youth ministry in college and seminary settings. He is also with Youth for Christ Romania, training their local leaders. Scottie is developing a new role in Team Support with the Youth for Christ Romania branch, which focuses on discerning, determining, and seeking solutions to the needs of the national team members.
